Immersive displays come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes from the head mounted displays, cylindrical and spherical screens to cubic environments such as CAVEs
This is an ideal system for immersion of multiple participants. It can be scaled depending on audience numbers. In the left hand image shown here, the 7m wide simulation is being controlled by one person using two joysticks. Up to 20 others can view the scenario unfold.
For event launches, trade shows, R&D or public engagement portable systems can be purchased or hired.
Spherical screens can be designed for single occupancy encompassing all peripheral vision making a truly immersive experience. They can also be scaled and re-orientated i.e. tilted, for multiple occupancy such as a planetarium.
